Properties
The product has been extensively tested in vivo and in vitro at
1 %
• Inhibitory effect on melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity
induced by UV and pollution (PAH)
• Inhibitory effect on expression of Frizzled gene (60% ) and the
β-catenin mRNA (40%) induced by pollution- genes involved in
excessive production of melanin induced by pollution.
• Inhibition on skin pigmentation caused by UV radiation (in vivo)
• Inhibitory effect on pigmentation by using 3D human skin
model SUNFLER-SP indicated Inhibitory effect on excessive melanin synthesis caused by
pollution.
